End your week the right way by joining Amanda every Thursday evening in the park. She’ll have you burning a ton of calories, getting stronger, and having fun! This conditioning class includes a variety of exercises including body-weight strength training, bursts of cardio and endurance, and HIIT/Toning to really boost your workout and sculpt those major muscle groups. Bootcamp is set to energetic music and is a great challenge for people of all levels. This class will inspire and empower you to do your best so that you leave each class standing a little taller and feeling more confident!
Midday Music (12:00 Noon – 2:00 PM) Sponsored by Friends of Post Office Square. In the event of rain, musicians will be rescheduled when possible. Please check our facebook page for rainouts and cancellations.
P.O. Fitness Our free fitness classes on the Lawn. All you need to do is wear comfortable clothes! In the event of rain, classes will be cancelled.
