Park Management

Friends of Post Office Square is a civic organization responsible for the development and management of the Norman B. Leventhal Park and Garage At Post Office Square. Friends was established in 1983 under the direction of Norman B. Leventhal, and is currently overseen by 11 volunteer Board Members, three volunteer officers and a small dedicated management team.

In addition to the fundamentals of sound financial and operations practices, Friends is dedicated to maintaining the project’s culture – a first-class operation with a strong civic commitment and the realization that this award-winning project uniquely reflects the potential of public/private partnerships in an urban environment.
