Our 2016 season ended on September 2. We will start planning our 2017 season in the spring. Here is some information to show you what we did in 2016, but be aware that the teachers, schedule and classes are subject to change.
All you need to do is wear comfortable clothes! In the event of rain, classes will be cancelled; please check our facebook page for notices – posted by noon for afternoon classes and by 9pm the night before for morning classes. All levels welcome!
Please bring your own water, and a yoga mat (for yoga and pilates classes). We have a limited number of yoga mats available if you need one.
