P.O. Fitness

P.O. Fitness is a fun free series of outdoor exercise classes held in the Park each summer. Our 10th season runs July 5-August 31, 2023.

All you need to do is wear comfortable clothes! In the event of rain, classes will be cancelled; please check our facebook page for notices – posted by noon for afternoon classes and by 9pm the night before for morning classes. All levels welcome!

Please bring your own water, and a yoga mat.

Wednesdays 5:30 PM-6:30 PM Energy, Focus & Flow with Marcell
Thursdays 7:30 AM-8:15 AM Gentle Wake Up, Flow and Stretch with Laura
