Pilates Barre with Alicia
Tue, August 8, 2017 –
Full body workout that will get those muscles shaking as you tone and sculpt using your body-weight, followed by a stretch to lengthen each and every one of those muscles. You’ll work from head to toe engaging your core throughout the entire workout. We’ll finish with core focused exercises and a good stretch to leave you feeling invigorated and ready to take on the day!
