Erin’s Boot Camp is a fun but challenging fitness class that focuses on the entire body and is great for all fitness levels. Each class is a combination of high intensity calisthenics, creative body-weight exercises, along with cardio and strength training. They are designed to be different each and every week, and push everyone harder than they’d push themselves. Even though it’s meant to be a workout (it is called “boot camp” after all) Erin is known for her friendly and upbeat personality, and is always ready to offer encouragement, support and direction – not intimidation or judgement. We want you to have tons of fun and also walk away feeling stronger and better than ever!
Midday Music (12:00 Noon – 2:00 PM) Sponsored by Friends of Post Office Square. In the event of rain, musicians will be rescheduled when possible. Please check our facebook page for rainouts and cancellations.
P.O. Fitness Our free fitness classes on the Lawn. All you need to do is wear comfortable clothes! In the event of rain, classes will be cancelled.
