Morning Stretch and Renew Yoga

This Yoga class taught by Hallie Dumont will encompass stretching and a slow vinyasa flow. Stretches will be held for extended time allowing the body to open up. This will improve students flexibility, elongate muscles, reduce tightness and promote full body recovery. A slow concentrated vinyasa flow will challenge the body and mind to renew students and prepare for the day ahead.
Midday Music (12:00 Noon – 2:00 PM) Sponsored by Friends of Post Office Square. In the event of rain, musicians will be rescheduled when possible. Please check our facebook page for rainouts and cancellations.
P.O. Fitness Our free fitness classes on the Lawn. All you need to do is wear comfortable clothes! In the event of rain, classes will be cancelled.
